How do I register?
Pop in to our practice at 43 Gosforth Cl, Sandy SG19 1RB and our team will collect your personal information, pet information and banking details at reception. We'll then take your first payment, followed by 11 direct debits*.
*This is a 12 month policy after which a 1 month notice period is required to cancel. If you cancel during the first 12 months we reserve the right to charge you the remaining monthly charges for the first 12 months.
